Reflective Assay

This whole assessment are informative and useful. Knowing about the historian in more detail and knowing all the contribution thry have made. Every assessment that has given were appropriate and useful. There was alot different between traditional and contemperary poem mostly. There are alot of revolution happens between these two types of poems that was quite interesting to learn about.
The was that was given were quite sufficient and reasonable. The lecturer, Mdm. Husna was quite understanding and extreamely kind hearted to help and provide information and also guideline to follow and base on. The juggling between this assessment and other outside assessment was not too challenging but quite 'normal'. Because in the end, like all normal college student struggle to is the 'last minute work or preparation' is normal. But Mdm. Husna was kind, reasonable, nice, kind hearted and was an amazing help. Eventually this whole learning process and assessment end well.
Looking back to all the lesson and experience, I found that my weakness was the differences between traditional and modern poems. It was quite confusing and difficult to distinguish and understand. I'm still not sure which one is my strenght and what I'm best at.
I would do differently if I were taught the same thing. I would probably understand more, I think.
Everything was new to me. I thought that all poems was the same and idioms was just some random stuff people say.

Medical Historian Qoutes

"Medicine knows no limits, especially not its own." - GERHARD KOCHER

Man knows no limit. This is provent century ago and still now. Our body knows noblimit till it reach one. So now, keep moving and keep doing what you love, what you want till you reach the line where you can't do it anymore. You can't bare it anymore. You can't stand it anymore. You can't swallow it anymore.

Man or human are unique, but they caught up too much with themself, with their uniqueness till they think that they are God! Humans are weak in their own way. We are weak on their own way. But when the time come for us to realize that this it. 'I might just stop and find something else to occupied myself.'

Same goes to medicine, they are unique on their own way. The usage of medicine knows no limit until it reach there. Each capabilities has their own place to pour to. To use to or to hand to. Progress create achivement and achivement means oppurtunity and oppurtunity means you can walk all over anyone you want.

No point of stopping now if you can go further. Don't stop until you reach your limit.

I hate the whole nine yard

I hate the cold wheather, I hate the screaming children, I hate the sound of the car in the middle of the night, I hate the tomato in my dish, I hate the clown, I hate the liars, I hate waking up from a nice dream, I hate putting cold spoon in my mouth, I hate not having the time for myself, I hate how my hair touch the back of my neck in night, I hate sleeping in hot wheather, I hate the 15 minutes commercial before the movie start, I hate the smell of my feet, I hate wearing socks, I hate falling asleep in public transportation, I hate people push me around, I hate it when I though the coffee was okay to drink but then it burned my tongue, I hate being in the cold alone, I hate being alone, I hate sharing my favorite food, I hate the idea of falling inlove, I hate my eye bag, I hate myself for forgiving people so easily, I hate faking my smile, I hate it when my back bone aernt allowing me to sleep, I hate it when the toilet sit went up everytime I want to use it, I hate waking up in the middle of the night hungry, I hate waking up in the middle of the night crying, I hate my insomnia, I hate my armpit smell, I hate when we're not talking, I hate when my food drops, I hate wasting my money on clothes, I hate having hiccups, I hate the fact that I like you but I cannot have you or even let you know about it. I hate being the first one to start, I hate heels. I hate it, everything, all of it, whole nine yard of it.

I can never hate more than being alone but I rather be alone than being with you! I hate being sleepy at the wrong time, I hate it. For some reason I hate you. I hate that the fact we shared so many stuff but you bail on me.You betrayed me. You have my trust and you crush it down. You left me haggin. You almost put tear to my cheek. You look at me different lately. I wonder sometimes, did I did something mischief. Something so bad that you lefted. All these question running throught my head, linger around my brain and occupied every nerve and limbs in my body. Somehow hating you making me hating myself. Now I hate the whole nine yard about you. Again I hate myself for forgiving people so easily. I hate myself sometimes. All the time. But in the end your presence and the fact that you are not here right now made me realise. That every meetings has it's end. Has it's goodbye. You left not because you wanted. But becauseyou have to. I love the whole nine yard of you.

Traditional vs Contemperary Poetry

Traditional poetry is more strict in its form. The sonnet, ode, blank verse, ballad, dramatic monologue each have formal elements that poets follow. Traditional poetry mostly sound dramatic and use elements that most likely to address feelings and a simple hand gesture. Traditional poetry sound more angelic and covered up with 'veils', 'haze' and 'shinning light of heaven' lines. This type of poems or poetry can be religious and provocative. Traditional poetry ca never be simple even though it is about a simple matter. Traditional poetry would make it sound difficult and twisted but yet it can be sound so heavenly. Traditional Poetry literary work in which special intensity is given to the expression of feelings and ideas by the use of distinctive style and rhythm, with a focus on aesthetics. This is also referred to as "Verse."

Contemporary poetry is most often written in free verse (unrhymed lines). Their lines follow by the natural rhythms of the language and not the strict five stresses per line in iambic pentameter. Contemporary poetry is written in language that is accessible to the common reader. Contemporary poetry mostly speak freely and does not use old words like in the traditional poetry. contemporary poetry are more likely to be and sound free and more straight forward. Their arrangement seems like falling from stairs. Their word can be meaning as anything. Modern Poetry: written or spoken language in its ordinary form, without metrical structure, rhyme or aesthetic embellishment, such as in newspaper articles, literature, and etc.

Ransom

Before I close my eyes
When they were open wide
I look to a corner and picture it
Picture how he would come

Come for my soul
Come for my last breath
Come for my surrender
Come for me when I least expected

He was there
Not in the corner
But sitting next to me
In his best clothes

Tip top tie
Silk grey shirt
Perfectly taylor black suit
And a red hankerchief on his left chest

He lean back a little and gave me a smile
Nodded a little bit
Gave his right hand to me
Offer a dance and left that red hankerchief at my spot

With no words or sound, he left, with me in his hand...

Haunted

Everyone got something
Something that they kept inside
Those deep dark secrets that nobody
I meant nobody ever knew

We all does
It's just the matter of time
Till it it decided to spill out
Till someone decided to open up

Well I have
I still do
It haunted me
Day, night, sleep, awake

It never leave me
Even when the ground decide to swallow me
Even when I have nothing left
It will still haunted

Not being wanted
Not being accept
Not being loved
Not being desired

Thats what being haunted me all along

Lost

I'm going to distance
There is a place in my mind
Where there is you waiting for me there
But when I reach there it is empty

So I turn around and found another path
That path was new
But somehow it felt like home
Its like those roads you took as a shortcut to reach home

I knew it so well that I did not stop
I walk and walk and walk till my feet they worn out

And I'm too tired to continued

So I stop and close my eyes and took a deep breath and hold it

In hoping that it'll woke me up from this dream
This endless dream
But nothing happen
I'm still there, stuck in the middle of nowhere

Once again I'm lost.
